The GRIT Philosophy

DEVELOPING GRIT THROUGH MOVEMENT AND MIND PROGRAMS

 OUR MISSION

GRIT's mission is to help develop "GRIT" through movement and mind programs.

GRIT's structured, progressive sports training, parkour, and gymnastics programs focus on developing strength, agility, balance, and coordination while building self-confidence.

Students learn that exercise is fun and that in order to succeed you must persist and be dedicated.

That's why our motto is " Never, Never, Never Give Up!"

Every week our students tackle new challenges and obstacles and learn that they can achieve anything they put their minds to!

 OUR FACILITY

Located in Downtown Jersey City, GRIT is a brand new, large,  well ventilated facility with 20'  ceilings and brand new Heating and Air Conditioning systems that continuously bring fresh air into the gym.  Our space is  directly across the street from the new Morris Square Park which we use frequently to run outdoor classes.

GRIT is well versed in COVID safety and will deploy the same protocols and guidelines we implemented and perfected at our GRIT Summer Camp with small class sizes, frequent handwashing, temperature checks, masks and other safety measures.

COVID-19 Guarantee

We will provide a FULL REFUND* for any programs due to federal, state or local restrictions.

Please know that we are keeping a close watch on requirements & recommendations from the federal, state and local governments and will update our Fall Camp  plans as necessary.   GRIT follows/ exceeds  CDC Guidelines and the proposed reopening plan guidelines set forth by the State of New Jersey.  See the latest news from the State of NJ here.
